As a seasoned professional, she has spearheaded numerous groundbreaking initiatives, including international teacher recruitment drives, pioneering teacher residency programs, and strategic university partnerships. Her impactful leadership has also been instrumental in orchestrating large-scale hiring events to cultivate a diverse and talented pool of educators, numbering over 10,000 prospective teachers.
In her role as a district spokesperson, Diana has been a steadfast advocate for the importance of teacher recruitment, tirelessly championing the cause and serving as a voice for the district's vision and values. Priscilla Vega is a proud Mexican-American professional who was born and raised in the vibrant city of Dallas, Texas. With a rich background in project management, talent recruitment, and relationship cultivation, she consistently surpasses expectations and delivers desired outcomes. Motivated by a relentless pursuit of professional growth, Priscilla possesses a unique blend of skills that set her apart in any setting. She specializes in talent acquisition, staffing, marketing, advertising, event planning, education, data analysis, marketing research, database management, and human capital management, Priscilla's expertise spans a diverse array of fields. Her track record of success speaks volumes about her ability to navigate complex challenges and achieve results across various domains.
Currently, Priscilla holds the position of Senior Manager at TNTP, where she continues to demonstrate her exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Prior to this role, she served as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Bilingual Teacher at the Dallas Independent School District, where she played a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
Priscilla's journey in education began with her participation in the teacher alternative certification process, allowing her to attain her Bilingual EC-4 teaching certification from the Texas Education Agency. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Studies.

Gabriel Sanchez Ramiro is currently at the helm as the Manager of Recruitment for OnYourMark, where his primary mission is to curate the exceptional talent essential for our students' success. With a keen focus on fostering engagement and maintaining open communication channels throughout the recruitment process, Gabriel ensures that the organization's staffing aligns seamlessly with its educational objectives.
Before his role at OnYourMark, Gabriel held a pivotal position in Teacher Recruitment for the second-largest district in Texas, where he played a vital role in ensuring that over 140,000 students had access to the highest caliber of educators. Notably, he prioritized directing talent toward ACE campuses, underscoring his commitment to serving communities in need.
Gabriel's journey in education commenced over three decades ago as a coach and educator in Spain, his country of origin. Since relocating to the vibrant landscape of the Dallas-Fort Worth area nine years ago, Gabriel has seamlessly integrated into the North Texas community, embracing it as his home away from home. Since then, Gabriel has significantly contributed to some of the region's most renowned school districts, including Plano ISD, Melissa ISD, and International Leadership of Texas.
Gabriel served as an elementary bilingual teacher and Spanish instructor, enriching the cultural educational approach of both Spanish and English-speaking communities. His multifaceted experience and unwavering commitment to academic excellence continue to shape the future of students and educators, solidifying his reputation as a transformative educational leader.
Gabriel earned his Bachelor's degree in Education from the prestigious Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain.
